If you already know you want one, jump on it today because I expect there to be a hug influx of orders and who know how many are in the first batch! Note that if you are buying from a US store (Amazon, B&H etc.) you will get a free EF-RF mount adapter AND the free grip for the camera if you order by March 31st.
The launch offers are slightly different in other countries so check with your local authorized retailer for details. In Canada for example, you get the free EF-RF adapter and an additional LP-E17 battery instead of the grip.
Personally I wanted the grip, so I ordered mine from B&H.
