I’m writing this from an airport lounge so I don’t have too much time, but I wanted to make sure you guys know about this amazing lunar event that’s scheduled to take place on the night of the 27/28 September at 2:47 am UTC on September 28th,  that’s 10:47 pm EDT on Sunday, September 27.

The thing that’s special about this one is that the Blood Moon style of lunar eclipse won’t take place again until 2033!  That’s 18 years away!

Lat time this event occurred, I posted a detailed tutorial about how to shoot it and process the results on Photoshop.  I’d urge you not to miss this event if you have a clear sky.

You can read my previous tutorial about how to shoot a lunar eclipse here.
