B&H have another one of their excellent Sandisk sales on for three days. I think this one has the widest variety variety of cards available though, both CF and SD Extreme and Extreme Pro. Even the 128GB Extreme Pro is available for a $200 discount! Last time this sale was on I know a lot of people took advantage of it, including myself! I personally think the sweet spot is the 32GB Extreme Pro cards which are nearly half price with a $100 saving.
