		<description>Good question seb.  The small one is no problem, its quite sturdy as its pretty small, just throw it in the pelican case.  The large one is pretty flimsy so you have to be careful.  What i do is i wedge my ski helmet inside it so that you cant crush it flat, then i just jam as much other stuff in it as possible, anything will do.  Even doing that though it rarely comes out the same shape at the other end but they are remarkably resilient.  They bend back very nicely and really there is no need for them to be perfectly round.  Once i fell on mine while skiing and crushed it nearly totally flat but still managed to get it back into shape again.</description>
